The coronavirus pandemic which sadly has had an impact on all of our lives has particularly alarmed the retired population. The pandemic has led millions all over the world to reconsider what is most important to them as they look at the future with an eye toward a return to normalcy and many have begun questioning where best to be living in such circumstances. Many third-age populations feeling unsupported, vulnerable and worried for their futures as they put more emphasis on quality of life. North Cyprus is perhaps one of only a few countries that appear to have come through the pandemic with minimum damage and disruption, protecting, in particular, the senior age population. Evidence suggests that none of the expat residents (over 10,000) in the country have been affected or suffered fatality as a result of the pandemic.

Perhaps yet another reason why North Cyprus could be your home for retirement! One of our key underpinning principles as a Company is to always put the interest and well-being of our residents and the village community first before any profits. We want our reputation and our business to grow by-word-of mouth rather than through high-cost fancy advertising. Word of mouth is more important than ever in our online-oriented society.
